Classic Moussaka
Our take on Greek Moussaka - super comforting and nourishing. Spiced lamb mince on the base with layers of eggplant, sliced potato and a cheesy béchamel.
Ingredients: pastured lamb, eggplant, potato, onion, tomato, carrot, celery, leek, wine, chicken broth, butter (milk), flour (gluten), milk, mozzarella, star anise, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg. CONTAINS GLUTEN & MILK.
1.2kg. Serves 3-4.
To reheat, simply place in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
